Program Officers
Youth Court's Community Supervision Program is a three-pronged approach centered on removing qualified kids from secure detention and placing them in either a supervised residential setting or a supervised group/therapy home setting. (COMMUNITY SUPERVISION PROGRAM SYNOPSIS) Each program is staffed by Officers whose primary emphasis is protection of both the community and the individual charge while under supervision. Once screened and accepted, program Officers perform random, daily visual and telephonic verification checks on clients. Clients are under a District Court supervision contract throughout their tenure of either program. A violation of form or format results in an immediate placement in custody.
